The First Leader Roadmap is a 5-week intensive program designed specifically for Women of Color making their leadership debut. We don't ignore the real stuff the code-switching fatigue, the "angry Black woman" stereotypes, the imposter syndrome that hits hardest when you actually belong. We name it, we work through it, and we build skills around it.

Each week follows the DRIVE Framework Discover, Reflect, Integrate, Voice, Embody because real leadership development isn't about memorizing frameworks. It's about knowing yourself deeply enough to lead from there.
