You’ve been told to be nice. To keep the peace. To stay quiet even when something inside is screaming, “This is not okay.”
But your anger is not the enemy.
It’s a messenger. A boundary. A fierce form of love.
And it’s time we listen.
The Fire Within is a guided workshop for women who are ready to reconnect with their anger—not to be consumed by it, but to work with it. To understand it. To transform it into something holy, healing, and powerfully alive.
This is for you if:
* You’ve been taught that anger makes you “too much”
* You bottle things up until they explode—or turn inward
* You feel guilty or ashamed when you’re mad
* You’re tired of silencing yourself and ready to reclaim your voice
* You want to explore anger as a sacred ally instead of a problem to fix
In this workshop, you’ll:
~ Learn why anger is often a sign of self-betrayal or boundary violations
~ Engage in somatic + creative practices to release stored anger
~ Rewrite the narrative that says anger is dangerous or unspiritual
~ Discover how to honor your fire without burning down your life
~ Leave feeling grounded, empowered, and more at home in yourself
You don’t need to be good at expressing anger.
You just need to be willing to come as you are.
