There are seasons in life where the truth inside of us gets loud.
The exhaustion.
The grief.
The resentment.
The rage.
The parts of ourselves we have spent years silencing because we were taught they were too much, too emotional, too inconvenient, too messy.
But what if your anger is not the problem?
What if rage is not something to fear?
What if, underneath what feels overwhelming, there is grief asking to be witnessed… truth asking to be spoken… and a nervous system asking to finally exhale?
The Fire Within is an intimate transformational retreat for women ready to gently, honestly, and courageously meet themselves.
Not through shame.
Not through fixing.
But through release, reflection, embodiment, nervous system support, shadow work, and reclamation.
This is not a retreat about becoming someone new.
This is a retreat about remembering who you are underneath everything you have had to carry.

Friday Evening — July 17
7:00 PM – 9:30 PM
We begin gently.
Meet & greet, opening connection, cacao, intention setting, grounding, and opening the retreat container together.
This evening is about softening, arriving, and preparing the nervous system for the work ahead.

Saturday — July 18
9:00 AM – 6:00 PM
The heart of the retreat.
We begin with a powerful 9D Breathwork experience with Mandy of Henotic Heart, creating space for emotional emergence, nervous system awareness, and deeper personal insight.
From there, we move into a Sacred Rage Intensive with Hollie G of The HG Experience, exploring emotional release, embodiment, movement, co-regulation, nervous system support, and the truth that lives underneath the emotions we have been taught to silence.
Throughout the day, Amie Clark / The Witch of Shamie’s Suitcase will be actively holding shadow integration, emotional processing, grounding, witnessing, meaning-making, and supportive facilitation as participants move through the retreat experience.
This work is powerful.
And intentionally held.

We gather for grounding, emotional processing, discussion, and meaningful integration of the weekend experience.
Because healing is not only what happens in the moment.
Healing is also what we do with what we uncover.
