The Inaugural Finger TournamentJune 6th - 12pm-1 pm registration, darts fly at 1pm
Luck of the draw (pairs) – 25 point entry per player
One of our own (Adam Gallacher) in our ever-expanding Dart Community has been diagnosed with a rare form of Leukemia. After undergoing treatment, his medical bills exceed his insurance coverage. So, this tournament is a benefit to help pay some of those bills. 90% of entries will be donated, as well as a 50/50, and raffle baskets. If you want to donate a basket let me know!
The scoring for this tournament is only the outside numbers (set) on the iPad (26, 41, 43, 45, 57, 60, 81, 85, 100, 140, 180). Which is why it is called the finger tournament. If you fail to hit any combination of these numbers it is a miss and you get no points that round. It is also called the finger tournament, because we are giving a big middle finger to Leukemia.
It will be a single elimination tournament, but if it goes quickly we can run it back – or play some more LODs.
