** Registration is limited to cancer patients in treatment, survivors, and caregivers. **Paper Quilling or Filigree is a relaxing, meditative art form which involves twisting small strips of paper into unique and beautiful 3-dimensional shapes, combining color and pattern to create a larger mosaic. Enjoy creating a lovely quilled heart ornament.
