-A FILTER representative will email all VIPs the day before the show with the confirmed VIP check-in time and location. Meet up Ttime is usually between 4-5pm so plan to arrive early!

-Additional information is provided in your confirmation email after you purchase.

-VIP Upgrades DO NOT include a concert ticket. You will also need to purchase a separate concert ticket through the venue to see the show AND participate in the meet and greet. No exceptions!
