Join us for a women-only movement, wellness & connection experience created by women, for women.

We’re kicking things off with an energizing Caribbean dance workout to get you moving, feeling confident, and having FUN. Expect good music, infectious energy, and plenty of vibes. 💃🏾🔥

Then, slow it down with a relaxing yoga session led by Boston’s very own Flow with Elow, where you can stretch, breathe, release tension, and reconnect with your body.

This is a safe, uplifting, judgment-free space to celebrate the feminine energy within all of us — come move, sweat, flow, and reconnect with yourself!
