The Fertile Ground: A Group for Attuned Parents

As winter begins to loosen its grip and the first whispers of spring appear, we are invited to reflect on the new growth emerging within our families and within ourselves. We each bring our own histories to this journey, with our experiences of being parented echoing through the ways we parent today. This four-week group, beginning in March 2026, offers a space to release what no longer serves us and to nurture new beginnings.

Our time together will be a confidential and emotionally attuned space where we explore what it means to parent with awareness and intention. As we turn toward the light of a new season, we will weave modern attachment theory with the reflective depth of psychotherapy and personal development. Through the lens of Transactional Analysis, we will deepen our understanding of our children and of ourselves.

Over four weeks, we will gently inquire into the following themes:

Understanding our triggers: Just as the earth thaws, we will look at what rises within us when our children push against our boundaries. These reactions can become obstacles to sensitive and attuned parenting. Using Transactional Analysis concepts such as the Parent and Child ego states, we will map these patterns and prepare the ground for meaningful change.

The dance of connection: We will explore how to bridge the space between our inner worlds and those of our children, creating a secure base from which they can unfurl like spring leaves and explore. Together, we will look at the transactions that shape our daily interactions and seek healthier and more nurturing communication patterns.

A journey toward wholeness: Parenting often becomes a catalyst for our own growth. This group offers a space to notice how understanding your own life script can illuminate the path for your child. With greater awareness comes greater choice and the possibility of a fresh start.

This group is designed as a contained and intimate experience with a maximum of five parents. The small size supports depth, safety and genuine connection. If this work resonates with you, it may be the right moment to begin your own spring awakening.
