Welcome to The Female Founders Table — a new quarterly gathering for women founders and social impact leaders from across Hackney, Islington, Tower Hamlets, and Haringey.

This space is designed to spark connection, collaboration, and clarity. Each session features an inspiring guest speaker, followed by time for intentional networking and honest conversations among women who are building purpose-driven businesses and leading with heart.

Our first session focuses on building systems that support your growth — not drain your energy.

Tosan spent 20+ years as a Commercial and Global Governance Director, building systems and processes for global teams. Today, she brings that expertise to Black women entrepreneurs who are ready to scale their businesses without burnout.

She’ll share practical strategies to:

With a background spanning fundraising, consultancy, and speaking at national conferences, she’s passionate about helping mission-driven women unlock growth without burnout.

The Female Founders Table is Jamila’s newest initiative — a space for women leaders to learn, share, and grow together, one breakfast at a time.
