The Feast of St. Lawrence presents our special Picnic Under the Stars on Market Street on August 9 from 6-10 pm. This is no ordinary picnic; it's an exclusive, gourmet dining event for charity.
Only 70 picnics (each is for two people to share) will be available to be purchased and guests can enjoy their picnics with a glass of wine or a cocktail at one of the set tables on Market Street while listening to live music. Additional glasses of wine or cocktails can be purchased on site for a donation of $10 per drink.
This sumptuous multi-course picnic dinner is prepared by chefs from some of the top restaurants in the St. Lawrence Neighbourhood.

Hors d'ouevre: Amano Trattoria
Savoury Cannoli - Whipped prosciutto, Parmesan and Almond Dip
Vegetarian option: Savoury Cannoli – Ricotta and Pea Filling with Crispy Shallot and Parmesan
Salad - C'est What?
Greek Salad with Falafel - Cucumber, tomato, onion, olives, feta and arugula with falafel balls, red wine vinaigrette, tzatziki and naan
Pasta - Cirillo’s Academy
Ricotta Gnocchi - Pesto Trapanese (almonds, cherry tomatoes, basil)

Citrus Duck Confit - Farro, Kale, Stone Fruit ,Goat Cheese, Sweet Potato, Dried Blueberry & Lime Chili Dressing

Ontario Peach Cobbler
Wine from the Somewhereness consortium vineyards in Niagara will be served. Cocktails will feature Maverick Distillery vodka, gin and whisky.
Live music will provide added ambiance in the beautifully illuminated street nestled between historic buildings and the St. Lawrence Market. The event begins at 6 p.m. and reserved picnics can be picked up at Cirillo's Academy (10 Market Street) from 5:30 - 8 p.m.
A portion of sales will be donated to Second Harvest.
Vegetarian options are available, however, due to the nature of the event we cannot accommodate other dietary requests.
