The Fear of Too Much Justice: Stephen Bright with Dayvid Figler

Lawyer and scholar Stephen Bright, former leader of the Southern Center for Human Rights, will give a talk to students and the public about his book, which offers an in-depth critique of how the criminal legal system fails to live up to the values of equality and justice. Stephen Bright will be introduced and in conversation with Dayvid Figler, a longtime Las Vegas criminal defense lawyer and co-host of the City Cast Las Vegas podcast.

Parking/getting there: To find the Rogers Literature & Law Building, please turn onto East Harmon Ave and take it as far as you can into campus. We encourage you to park in Lot I or Lot J as they’re closest to our building.
