The Farewell FeastI´m moving to Mexico!
To celebrate my move I am going to host a farewell feast. I am having one last kitchen takeover at Ostara Bar.
I will show case a 5 course meal with my signature Mexican Nordic fusion dishes. Be prepared to taste new combinations and original recipes that will keep you intrigued and wanting more.
This will be a set menu consisting of nordic produce and Mexican flavours. My dishes will be composed with authentic Mexican ingredients such as corn and chiles in combination with Norwegian seasonal produce found in the forest, land and sea. (no meat only seafood and veggies)

Ostara Bar will provide exquisite beverages for the meal.
