About this Event
Play Play is back at play this DC Black Pride and World Pride Celebration. This time we are highlighting the history and tradition of black family reunions through classic, black family reunion play, BBQ food, music, reunion apparel, and togetherness. We are reuniting for DC Black Pride and ushering in World Pride, here in our nation's capital, to celebrate community, queerness, and togetherness at the place where it all started.
We are excited to offer a free food ticket for the first 200 RSVPs. Don't wait!
A free bbq tickets includes : by Sweet Tasty Catering
- Grilled chicken/hot dog/hamburger
- potato salad
- baked beans
- cole slaw
- bottle water
Join us and enjoy line dancing lessons, spades games, a kickball game, classic family relay races, music bingo, vendors DJ LStackz, and our host Tei Pearson-Hall.
This event is indoor (two floors) and outdoor.
Free parking on Perry Street and surrounding neighborhood streets.
