The Family Naturalist: Bats, Part of the Austin Roots and Wings Festival

Join us for an afternoon that's all about bats! Discover the secrets of these nocturnal wonders in an engaging presentation by Bat Conservation International. You can also swoop in at any time for activities celebrating bats!

• Check out our bat museum and see how you measure up.
• Try out echolocation in a playful activity that reveals how bats "see" with sound.
• Hang out with R.B the local bat mascot for Austin Community College.

Whether you’re a bat buff or just bat-curious, this event promises to be wing-flappingly good for all ages! Bat Conservation International Presentation will take place from 4:30-4:50 PM in the meeting room.
