You are invited to join this monthly gathering of “creative” people; think a book club for the arts and crafts!The Fairfax Creative will meet in the Fairfax Rec Center at 7pm.
At our September Creative, we are going to work with spackling to create ghosts!
Supplies that would be helpful: spackle, black paint, paintbrushes, paper towels, and anything you want to use as a canvas or embellishments (lace, beads, etc). We will have some as well.
We will have small canvas boards you can use. Emailing the [email protected] to let us know that your coming will assure we have enough.
If you are not interested in this craft, no worries, bring something crafty you are working on. Comradery in crafting is so much fun!
Most importantly do not be intimidated by this group, you don't have to be skilled in arts or crafts. This is meant to be a fun group and not to be taken too seriously!
Feel free to bring a snack/drink!
