To kick-off this year's Pollinator Week activities we are hosting a special screening of "The Extraordinary Caterpillar", a beautifully shot 60-minute documentary that reveals the vital—and often overlooked—role caterpillars play in our ecosystems.
Along the way, you’ll see the groundbreaking work of The Caterpillar Lab, entomologist David Wagner, and Doug Tallamy, co-founder of Homegrown National Park.
Farish Theater at the Lexington Public Library (downtown Lexington).
Film begins at 6:45PM with opening remarks at 6:30PM EST.
Come early and check out our seed giveaway, informational brochures, program materials, and other pollinator-friendly resources during the event.
Admission is FREE but donations are accepted.
Seating is first come/first served and the theater seats 139 people.
