This second edition is all about The Exploration of Self Love.
So come ready to make space for your personal journey to love in a communal setting celebrating BLACK LOVE.
This is for:
- Melanated Bodies
- Melanated individuals who are at a capacity to talk about deep conversations
- Melanated individuals who want to learn and grow with community
- Melanated individuals who are able to hold healthy space for themselves and others
- Melanated individuals who yearn for deeper spiritual connections with themselves and others
- Melanated individuals who center the voices and healing of black women and are ready to dismantle systems that aren't beneficial to humanity
This isn't for:
- Non Melanated individuals
- Individuals who aren't in alignment with who this is for

LOVING ROOM: diaspora books + salon is a space for cultivating Black ancestral healing and transformation through Black literature + African Diasporic decolonial aesthetics.
This queer Black woman-owned bookstore, reading room, and cultural salon features various genres of literature by Black + African writers for readers of all ages, curating a selection of new and used reading material from US-born Black authors, African, Caribbean, and other Diaspora writers to be read on-site, with a variety of new current titles available for purchase.
LOVING ROOM's collection includes Children's and Young adult literature, as well as a selection of Fiction and Non-Fiction works from Black writers past and present.
