I’m being called back to this work.
There’s something profound that happens when we give ourselves permission to use our voices - not to perform, not to sound “right,” but to simply let what’s inside move through us and into the world.
For so long, many of us have held our voices back. We’ve swallowed our truth, silenced our songs, kept ourselves small and quiet to stay safe or acceptable. But your voice is your birthright.
Your sound is your medicine. And there’s healing waiting in the places where you’ve been afraid to make noise.
Together, we’ll:
Begin with ceremonial cacao to open our hearts and deepen our awareness, creating a container of presence and compassion.
Move through guided journal prompts that help you understand what your voice has been waiting to say.
Share in circle, witnessing and being witnessed as we practice using our voices without judgment or performance.
Explore gentle toning and song - simple, accessible ways to feel the vibration of your own sound moving through your body and syncing with others.
Each participant will receive a flower essence I’m crafting intuitively for this gathering - a living medicine to continue supporting your relationship with your voice long after we part.
This isn’t about having experience or sounding a certain way. This is about coming home to yourself. About discovering what emerges when you release the need to control how you sound and instead let spirit move through you.
Your authentic expression - exactly as it is - is the medicine we need.
