Meet 6:00 PM PST · Launch 6:30 PM PST
Start/Finish: Ski Beach, Mission Bay (pin in event photos)
Route: Ski Beach → Cruise the bay → Return to Ski Beach for sunset + beachside vibes
Theme: 60s surf culture — Endless Summer vibes. Think retro boardshorts, bikinis, aloha shirts, vintage surf fits, sun-faded colors… keep it classic, keep it fun.
(Keep it paddle-safe and secure anything that could fly off.)

What we’re doing
We’re officially kicking off summer the only way we know how — on the water at golden hour with the best crew in San Diego.
We’ll paddle out as the sun starts to drop, cruise Mission Bay together, then land back at Ski Beach where the night levels up…

6:00 PM – Arrive, park, gear up, golden hour pics
6:20 PM – Safety brief & route review
6:30 PM – Launch from Ski Beach
~7:15 PM – Sunset cruise + regroup
~7:45 PM – Land at Ski Beach
~Sunset – DJ Sweenami + Fire Dancers + post-paddle hangs

What to bring
• SUP/board + leash
• PFD (waist-belt OK) & whistle
• White light or headlamp for dusk return
• Water, warm layer
• Dry bag/phone case
• Retro surf fit encouraged 🌴

Safety & etiquette
• No open flames on boards or docks (fire performers only on land)
• Stay with the pod; follow lead/sweep paddlers
• No glass on beach/boards
• Pack it in, pack it out — leave no trace
• Route may adjust for conditions
