Guests are asked to arrive in costume: romantic, spring-inspired, historical, or fantasy attire is encouraged. Masks are welcome but optional.

To ensure everyone feels confident and graceful on the night of the Ball, guided rehearsals are included and required. These rehearsals will introduce the dances, formations, and flow of the evening. No prior dance experience is necessary; the dances are designed to be accessible, welcoming, and enjoyable for beginners.

Throughout the evening, guests may enjoy light refreshments and non-alcoholic drinks while mingling between dances.
