All proceeds of the En Blanc Fundraiser go to scholarships in support of Galveston County scholars who demonstrate a financial need, as well as the ability, commitment and desire to continue their education beyond high school. Sponsors are recognized for their investment in the future of our community while our guest and supporters have fun while supporting a worthwhile cause.

On June 6, 2026, the ICARE Foundation, a non-profit 501c (3) corporation, along with the Galveston Alumni Chapter of Kappa Alpha Psi Fraternity, Inc. will host its annual Scholarship Gala, the highly anticipated En Blanc Experience. The event will take place at the Galveston Convention Center in Galveston, TX notably known as the birthplace of Juneteenth.
