pandemic.

After a life-threatening crisis during a healing workshop left her struggling for months, she

discovered Tao-based transformational methods that helped her regulate anxiety and restore inner balance which led her to make a bold decision to relocate with her

teenage daughter and begin again—during one of the most uncertain times in modern history.

Founder of the Soul Performance Method, a framework that integrates performance

studies and Tao Science to help individuals transform anxiety, recognize their deeper
