ABOUT THE PRESENTATION: Join us in celebrating The Emperor’s New Groove's 25th anniversary! The presentation will feature a moderated conversation with director Mark Dindal, writer Dave Reynolds and production manager Tracey Miller-Zarneke.
ABOUT THE SPEAKERS:
Mark Dindal is an American filmmaker, animator and voice actor. Best known for his work at Disney, he directed the company's 2000 animated film "The Emperor's New Groove". His animation credits include "The Little Mermaid" (1989) and "Aladdin" (1992), as well as "Tom and Jerry: The Movie" (1992).
David Reynolds is an American screenwriter. He is known for having written animated movies such as Finding Nemo (2003) and The Emperor's New Groove (2000).
Tracey Miller-Zarneke has authored twelve books on the art of animation across three studios, including Disney's Meet the Robinsons, both of Sony's Cloudy with a Chance of Meatballs films, and all the way through the trio of DreamWorks' Kung Fu Panda series.
ABOUT THE CLUB: Founded in 1925, the Los Angeles Breakfast Club still thrives with food, friendship, and fun. Our meetings are held in our clubhouse, Friendship Auditorium, located at 3201 Riverside Drive, near the corner of Los Feliz Boulevard, in Griffith Park. Best described as a variety show, attendees enjoy a catered breakfast, silly songs, club traditions, and an interesting presentation from a guest speaker.
TICKETS: Sales on labreakfastclub.com close 48 hours before breakfast. Non-members are $35 and Members receive a 34% discount when logged into their Membership Portal.
Please arrive between 6:45 - 7:00 AM sharp! Doors close at 7:15 AM. Your admission includes a buffet breakfast, enjoyment of our 100-year-old club traditions, plus a special presentation from our Speaker of the Week!
