Sinfonia Toronto wraps up their 2025-26 season with works of eternal genius. The superb young Toronto pianist Vanessa Yu joins the ensemble in one of the greatest concertos of all time, Beethoven's noble Piano Concerto No. 5, the "Emperor". Music Director Nurhan Arman leads the orchestra in Dmitri Shostakovich's poignant and personal Chamber Symphony in C minor Op. 110a and finishes with the powerful reassurance of J.S. Bach's Contrapunctus 1 and 2 in beautifully transparent orchestral versions.
