Are you an empath or highly sensitive person who feels the emotions of others deeply? Do you often wonder which feelings are your own and which belong to those around you? This special evening is designed to help you explore, understand, and strengthen your empathic gifts in a safe, supportive, and interactive way.
What to Expect
The evening begins with a group discussion on what it means to be an empath, including the different types of empaths and the unique ways sensitivity shows up in daily life. From there, participants will rotate through three experiential “Empath Stations” led by our facilitators:

Learn powerful tools and practices to empower yourself, clear heavy energies, and invite healing into your empathic system.
✨ Jen Holmes – Clearing & Protection Exercises
Experience gentle yet effective practices to maintain safe energetic boundaries, helping you recognize what emotions are yours and release what belongs to others.
✨ Jack Shipley – Boundaries & Confidence Practice
Discover how to set healthy boundaries and present yourself with calm confidence, especially during moments of stress or anxiety.
