We are looking forward to welcoming back Lesley Smart for her 2nd visit and tonight she will be introducing us to The Emotion Code a very powerful healing modality
The Emotion Code is a gentle yet powerful way of releasing trapped emotions that can keep us feeling stuck, heavy, or out of alignment with ourselves.
In this talk, we’ll explore what trapped emotions are, how they form, and how they can influence our physical and emotional wellbeing.
Lesley will share how The Emotion Code works in practice, with space for questions and a live demonstration (if the room is willing!).
