With music that is ‘as epic and as beautiful as it is possible to get’ (Scream Magazine), THE EMERALD DAWN are a multi-instrumentalist, symphonic progressive rock quartet, who combine elements from classical music, jazz and rock to produce their own original, distinctive and exciting sound — a sound that is cinematic, epic, experimental and powerful. Usually haunting, often beautifully melodic and always highly atmospheric, the music of The Emerald Dawn paints images or tells stories that stimulate the imagination and takes the listener on unforgettable musical journeys.Voted into the Top Ten in both the Best Band/Artist and Best Album categories of the 2023 Prog Magazine Readers’ Poll, The Emerald Dawn have been making huge waves in the British progressive rock scene over the past few years. The band have headlined at The Soundle 2024 Music Festival and Prog the Forest, went down a storm at Prog for Peart, Danfest, Fusion Festival, A New Day Festival, A Sunday in September (London), and Summer’s End Progressive Rock Festival, and won the best performance vote at HRH Prog XII, the largest prog festival in the UK. The Emerald Dawn’s latest album In Time won the Prog Explorations Plus award for the Best Album of 2023. And The Prog Mind ranked their keyboard player’s 2025 album performance fourth, their guitarist’s performance second, their bass player’s performance second, and their drummer’s performance best in the world. In addition, the listeners of Progphonic and Game of Prog voted the band’s vocalist runner up in the Best Female Vocalist category.
The band comprises Tree Stewart (keyboards, flute, acoustic guitar and vocals), Ally Carter (guitars, saxophones, keyboards, and vocals), David Greenway (fretless and fretted bass guitars) and Tom Jackson (drums).
‘Often gorgeous and sometimes transcendent...potent pastoral-tinged prog flows from the stage.’ - Gary Mackenzie, Prog Magazine

THE DORIS BRENDEL & LEE DUNHAM DUO have just released their 5th studio album Pigs Might Fly, but Brendel has an incredible 19 albums to her name, not counting features and session work. These include 5 ‘acoustic’ albums recorded between 2019-2023 and 3 live albums, as well as some back catalogue releases. As well as playing some shows with their band, Brendel and Dunham have been playing a number of live and unplugged acoustic shows full of stories, fun and great music.
Brendel has worked with some notable artists over the years, including Alvin Lee, Gary Moore, Sam Brown, Joe Brown and Herbie Flowers, and has toured extensively with Marillion as well as Nils Lofgren, John Farnham and Steve Marriott. She was also invited to sing with Pink Floyd on the Great Gig in the Sky tour, but had to decline due to already-contracted tour commitments. She recently sang backing vocals on Fish’s acclaimed album Weltschmerz.
