The Emerald City Sound Machine

The Emerald City Sound Machine plays insanely contagious dance music to keep you moving all night long. You’ll hear songs from Journey, Backstreet Boys, Michael Jackson, Ed Sheeran, Santana and More! This is a don't miss party in the Sapphire Room that's sure to keep the dancefloor hopping with fun.

Join us for dinner and drinks ! Ticket purchase includes plated dinner, champagne toast and party favor. The Sapphire Room features a full bar and will have drinks available for purchase.

FIRST COURSE

Cream of Roasted Cauliflower Soup with Mushrooms- Roasted cauliflower, garlic, shallots and mushrooms roasted and blended together with a vegetable broth. Topped with roasted cauliflower and mushrooms and swirled with a balsamic glaze.

SECOND COURSE: CHOICE OF ENTREE

Pan Roasted Chicken- Chicken thighs marinated and seared, served with roasted turnip, apple, and chestnuts. Served with a chestnut puree, apple crisp with root vegetable succotash, celery root mash, and roasted potatoes. - GF

Bourbon Fennel and Plum roasted Flank Steak- Marinated flank steak served with bourbon caramelized fennel and plums, spiced honey glass, and a plumb glaze. Served with roasted root vegetable melody and a roasted parsnip mash.

Roasted Cauliflower Steak- Roasted cauliflower steak topped with a gremolata crisp and a fig, and olive and walnut relish. Served with a root vegetable melody on a bed of Beluga lentils, garnished with pickled butternut squash and gremolata. - Vegan, GF

THIRD COURSE: CHOICE OF DESSERT

Corn and Coconut Crème Brulé- Sweet coconut and corn custard topped with a burnt sugar topping - GF

Chocolate Pot De Crème- Rich chocolate custard topped with a vanilla bean Chantilly crème and almond biscotti

Turtle Trifle: Layers of chocolate cake, sweet vanilla pastry cream, chocolate mousse, white cake, candied pecans, and caramel
