Under the quiet guidance of the full moon, you are invited into a deeply intentional space to reconnect. realign. reset.

The moon represents reflection, intuition, and the cycles we move through.
The river reminds us that we are meant to flow not hold, not force, not carry it all.

This experience is designed to support you in becoming both
aware of what’s ready to shift, and open to letting it move.

We’ll begin the evening by arriving into the space together, taking a few moments to land, breathe, and set our intentions for what we’re ready to release and receive.

From there, you’ll be gently guided into a manifesting practice to connect with your inner clarity, followed by an ecstatic dance journey where you’re invited to move freely no choreography, no expectations just listening to your body and allowing energy to shift.

As the movement settles, we’ll transition into a restorative sound bath, supporting your nervous system to soften, integrate, and come back into stillness.

We’ll close the evening with tea and a light snack, offering space to ground, connect, and share experiences if you feel called.
