Dear friends and colleagues,I’m excited to share a new group offering —The Embodied Muse — inspired by my guided journal, Finding My Way Home.
This is a safe and supportive space to pause, reconnect with yourself, and express through art and somatic practices. No experience is needed , just bring your open heart.
Our gatherings are rooted in the belief that creative expression and somatically informed practices can open the door to deeper healing, connection, and purpose. We’ll explore together what it means to listen to yourself intuitively, reclaim your vitality, and experience transformation from the inside out.
