It’s Christmas Eve and Santa Claus is resting in The North Pole, after feeling unwell while out delivering his Christmas Presents. With the help of Rudolph, Vixen, Prancer and all the reindeers, he managed to deliver his Christmas gifts across the globe….well all except for the children of Brighton and Hove.

Santa’s Elves come to the rescue to make sure that families in Brighton are not missed out. There is only one way to get to the coast and that means bringing The Elf Express out of retirement, but they need to find it first!

Join us this Christmas to help Mrs Claus, Holly, Gimble and the elves face their biggest challenge yet. All aboard!!!

What age children is the show aimed at? The show is aimed at children 14 years and below.

Do I need to pay for a ticket if my child is under 2 years old? If your child can sit on your lap, then you do not have to pay for their ticket.

How long does the show last?

The show is 45 minutes in duration.

It says unreserved seating, does this mean you can sit anywhere on arrival?

The seating is unreserved so it will be on a first come first served basis for the best seats for the standard ticket price.

Does the Venue have parking?

The venue does not have parking however there are plenty of car parks close to the venue.

Does the venue have refreshments available?

Yes, the theatre has a bar serving a variety of cold and hot drinks and snacks.

Will I be able to purchase merchandise at the theatre?

Yes, you will be able to purchase Christmas themed merch when you arrive at the venue.

Does the show have any special effects or flashing lights?

The show will have some mild lighting effects that may cause some viewer discomfort.

If I have to cancel my ticket, will I get a refund?

Unfortunately, we have a no refund policy for all performances.

If I have COVID, should I come to the performance?

If you have tested positive for COVID please follow the latest government advice.

Are all the tickets for the performances the same price?

We have various different ticket prices depending on what date you book.

Do I have to print my ticket?

Tickets will be scanned at the entrance of the theatre so please ensure you have printed your tickets before you arrive.
