Join us at the Beachcomber Resort & Club for a beachside morning of self care. Inspired by nature's elements : Fire, Earth, Water, Air & Space. Ancient teachings aim to bring awareness to the Five Elements (Air, Fire, Water, Earth, Ether/Space) both internally and externally of ourselves, to restore and maintain balance. Join us for this somatic and insightful series retreat, with this experience focusing on the element of water.

We start our morning with a sage clearing, aromatherapy, intention setting & oracle cards then we'll embark on a journey of mindful movement, breath-work to connect to the element of water, walking meditation , journaling, meaningful dialogue, and will end with a blissful sound bath.

What to bring:

Bring your yoga mat, journal, pen, water bottle, glasses and towel.
