Herbert Margarine, good-for-nothing slacker and occasional grifter, wants nothing to do with the revolution that's brewing in the City. But when a young member of the Vanguard Society mistakes him for her glorious leader, he suddenly finds himself running the con of a lifetime with hardly a thought as to where it might lead him... and the audience he's roped along with him.
