The Electric Body: A Spinal Energetics Experience

Our bodies store past emotions and trauma, which can activate our nervous systems causing, anxiety, illness, and stress. Through utilizing multiple modalities (life force energy, spinal energetics, breath) Nicole will support the release of these stuck energies and the balancing of your chakra system. She will take you on a journey within to first access and release the energies that no longer serve and then support your connection to the states of peace, flow, and joy.

While laying down on a yoga mat, music is played and Nicole will point/lightly touch energy centers or meridian points on the body. Similar to reiki but much stronger - the energy is very intelligent and knows where to go. This transmission can help with insomnia, body aches and pains, migraines, anxiety, and high stress levels, it can help increase intuitive and overall mental emotional, and physical health. Your only job is to surrender and receive. Nicole will interact with a person’s spine, nervous system and energetic field, to harness a person’s own innate wisdom to know and heal themselves.
