All ticket sales support our “£5 for 5 Years” fundraiser, helping The Egalitarian. grow the Safe Place Project and make nights out safer for everyone.

We want everyone to have a great time, so here’s what to know about Northern Market:

• Entrances: There is a staircase at the front entrance on Great George Street, or an accessible entrance via the rear on Alexander Street with a platform lift. The automatic door open button is on the left-hand side and can be operated by a single wheelchair user. (Note: Alexander Street is cobbled.)
• We’ve also got sober-friendly options and friendly volunteers on hand for greetings, support, and safety throughout the evening.

• Level access: The venue is level throughout except for seating in the Cinema Room and a raised decking at one end.
• Flooring: Yorkshire Stone flags — level but not perfectly smooth.
• Seating: A mix of stools, benches, and chairs with tables at various heights. Stools and benches can be moved.
• Bar & food counters: 1.2 metres tall.
• Toilets: Segregated toilets and an accessible toilet are at the back of the venue.
• Deaf & hearing-impaired visitors: There is no hearing induction loop available.
