THE ECCO Sessions on a boat

Join us for a special edition of THE ECCO Sessions! This time.. on a boat! AND it'll be cohosted by the fabulous drag queen Audrey Naline.

Come join us on the deck of the MS Audrey for an evening of collective listening. This is the B-Side of the world premiere of audio work created by the second cohort of - An initiative that offers a time and place to playfully explore the world of narrative audio, documentary work & storytelling through sound. The A-Side will be premiered at the XMTR-Festival in the UK in September.

For the past few months, a group of podcast producers, audio artists, journalists, and writers have collaboratively worked on creating short audio pieces. They went outside of their comfort zones creating the audio works you'll hear tonight. Some have been meaning to tell these stories for a while. Others are ideas they haven't had the chance to act on before. Now, they created these works without commercial intent, but rather for the joy of exploration.

What you'll hear tonight will be a mix of experimental audio art, classic storytelling, and everything in between. You'll be guided through the pieces by the fabulouswho's been taking Berlin's touristic boat tours by storm offering a bit of a She's joined by THE ECCO founder Jasmin Bauomy."THE ECCO Sessions" serves not just as a showcase but as a vibrant community gathering, celebrating the power of audio storytelling. But also an opportunity for fundraising and helping keep associations like THE ECCO alive to bring together artists around the world.

• Time: Be at the dock at 6:45pm sharp (preferably earlier). Space on deck is limited for safety. We'll depart at 7pm sharp and cruise around the historic center of Berlin while listening to these pieces without any stops until 9pm.
  
• Food: You can pre-order a little falafel snack with your ticket that will be waiting for you on board.Poster child of the cultural pro-glam movement, born of sparkling wine, the loudmouth of Avignon, drag queen and psychic medium. Rumor has it that Audrey already had professional relationships with the LCB, the ilb, re:publica, the Academy of Arts, Lettrétage, the House of Poetry, and was seen on arte for three seconds. Audrey dances as if no one is watching and even moderates fallen flower pots à point. Recently, she has been cruising the Spree on the MS AUDREY, a ship for culture, good conversation, and drag.
