The Ebony Pearls Foundation Leadership Academy Gala

For 67 years, we have invited San Diego area elite young ladies and young men, who are high school juniors and seniors, to participate in our Leadership Academy. The academy provides the students with essential information, experience, skills, and traits, enabling them to persevere and succeed in their future endeavors. We provide them with opportunities to meet new friends; participate in thought provoking and fun activities; develop leadership skills; volunteer for service projects; and demonstrate their creativity and abundance of talent.

The Ebony Pearls Leadership Gala on Saturday, April 8, 2023 is the grand culmination of this year's program. You are invited to join us as we celebrate - "Ebony Pearls: Excellence Personified"

• Formal Black Tie Attire Required for All Guests
• Floor Length Gowns or Tuxedos
• Please Note: Inappropriately dressed guests will not be admitted,
• No refunds will be issued.
• Minimum age of guests is thirteen years old.
• All guests under eighteen years old must be accompanied by an adult and adhere to the formal dress attire requirement.
• All Guests MUST check in at the Reservations Table.
• Absolutely no video cameras or photography allowed during the Program or Presentation Ceremony.
