Location (About): Green Gate Farms, a certified organic vegetable and flower farm, was founded on a neglected farm site in 2006 in East Austin. Husband and wife team Skip Connett and Erin Flynn worked off farm-jobs to restore the property, build a farm stand and create a community center providing farm-based education for all ages and incomes. “As a community farm and agrihood, our mission has always been to create a resource that feeds mind, body and soul,” says Flynn. “We are delighted to partner with Black Women in Business and the Intentionalist to bring good, clean, fair food to our neighbors while supporting artists.” See www.greengatefarms.net.

Donations: The Intentionalist is not a 501(C)3. However, proceeds for this event will go toward our Farm to Family food project benefiting food insecure black seniors and families in Austin. Donations are currently taken via the donation selection after clicking the tickets button.

Event Sponsors: Still Austin Whiskey Co., Texas Keeper Cider, B.L.K Wealth
