Live, original rock music at the 2022 Fiesta De Los Reyes! Corpus Christi recording artists, The East & The Crow, are bringing their folk-inspired rock band to San Antonio April 7. Check out the show on the Hidalgo Stage at Market Square. This is a FREE show(and free festival), please come downtown and check out the band with plenty more live music throughout the ten day festival!About The East & The Crow
The East & The Crow is a band with a focus on creating music that feels like a timeless sonic crossroads. Their sound blurs the lines between Americana, folk, country and rock, borrowing elements of modernity as well as vintage aesthetics. Fans of artists like Tom Petty, Brian Fallon, Mumford & Sons, as well as Drive-By-Truckers and Lucero will definitely connect with the band’s formula and songwriting honesty. Hailing from South Texas, the group has been performing extensively, including rocking venues in San Antonio, Corpus Christi, Beeville, Houston, Rockport, Fredericksburg, and Kingsville.
In 2020, the band released their first album “St. Rita’s Dream and Other Recordings from the Garage” which includes title track “St. Rita’s Dream” and previous singles “Without You” (2020) and “Ready for the Sun to Shine” (2018). The tracks reveal the band’s penchant for heartfelt personal lyrics, as well as their ability to create captivating sonic landscapes that truly speak to the heart of the audience. The release of “St. Rita’s Dream” includes a surreal music video completely made during the pandemic.
About Fiesta De Los Reyes
Since 2010, the Rey Feo Consejo Educational Foundation and City of San Antonio partner annually to produce Fiesta de los Reyes at Market Square, a culturally-rich celebration featuring daily and nightly live performances, a wide variety of delicious cuisine and exciting family-friendly events. The event is an Official Fiesta Event!
Event opens at 10 AM and closes at Midnight. Saturdays till 1 AM. Admission is free!
At Fiesta de los Reyes you'll experience daily live entertainment from multiple stages featuring a variety of music, including the best Tejano and Conjunto, Latin jazz, and Country Western. You'll also love singing and dancing to hits from the 80s, 90s and today, played by some rockin' cover bands!
Enjoy Mexican cuisine, chicken on-a-stick, hamburgers, fresh fruit drinks, funnel cakes and new delicious Fiesta treats. Your taste buds will have a fiesta as you enjoy food from over 30 delicious food booths! You might run into this year's Rey Feo!
