The E-Bike Tour Experience - A Gather Grow Play Event!

The E-Bike Tour Experience! In Collaboration with and thanks to Reckless Shipyards!
We created Gather Grow Play to be community based around slowing things down, empowerment and fun.

Every two weeks we get together for Gratitude practice, Goals setting, Breath work and a Fun activity.

For the activities... we've done kickboxing, bird watching, cold plunging, sound bath, bowling, yoga, cozy reading ...

And for this one, we're doing the Gratitude, Goals setting, Breath work, and:

Riding E-Bikes on the north shore! (Exact route to be determined)

E-bikes provided by Reckless Shipyards in North Vancouver.
This is going to be a fun adventure!

What to Bring:

• Appropriate, comfortable and WARM clothing for biking.
• Gloves recommended. Your hands will get chilly!
• Water, snacks.
• A backpack (or similar bag) you can carry extra gear and items in while biking.
• Dress for the weather! The wind chill while riding will make it extra cold!

When: Saturday, November 7th at 11:45 am.

Where: Reckless Shipyards

• Meet at the store - 114 Carrie Cates Court (near seabus)

Length: Approximately 3 hours (+ 15 minutes to arrive and get settled)

We will meet rain or shine! The activity will change if it's raining because we can't take the bikes out in the rain (sad face) but we'll still have a good time connecting and doing our Gather Grow Play gratitude, goal setting and breathwork plus tea or coffee or something in a cozy coffee shop nearby. We'll innovate on the spot!
