Join the Dusty Races on May 17th to test your fitness in a Track meets Nordic Skiing meets Dirt Track Racing event. Run 6 races all within the span of 60min.
Put your foot on the dirt and turn, turn, run, and dance.
DETAILS
This is a series of six races that will add up to 5000m in total distance. Participants are welcome to run in as many races as they would like. There is no time requirement. Run as fast or as slow as you would like. Complete each race in at least 10min at a minimum. There will be no official timing system so this will be a self-timed event. Please keep track of your splits on your GPS watch or other recording device and add them to the spreadsheet for results and prizes.
Rules
1. Run in 1 - 6 races. Choose your own adventure. All 6 races will add up to 5000m.
2. Compete individually, with a team of 2-6 runners, or both.
3. The goal is to see what you (and your team) can run 5000m in when broken up into 6 parts.

6pm - Arrive & Warmup
6:20pm - Race 1 - 1000m
6:30pm - Race 2 - 600m
6:40pm - Race 3 - 1000m
6:50pm - Race 4 - 600m
7:00pm - Race 5 - 1000m
7:10pm - Race 6 - 800m
7:20pm - Cooldown
7:45pm - 9:45pm - Post-Race Hang @ Station 280 nearby
