📍 Location: The concert is taking place at a public Dallas park, but the exact park coordinates, parking instructions, and our specific group setup location will be sent via email to confirmed attendees.

🔒 Access Policy: We are keeping our circle intimate and secure. To sit with us, drink with us, and occupy our private lounge area, you must RSVP. Unapproved guests will not be permitted into our designated space.

Order of the evening:

• Time: 7:30 PM – 10:00 PM

• 7:30 PM: VIP Lawn Lounge Check-in & Mix/Mingle (The perfect window to take your photos while there's still light!)

• 8:15 PM: Symphony Performance Begins

• 9:30 PM – 10:00 PM: Late-night wraps and departure.
