The Dreaming Way ~ A Breath & Sound Journey into the Subtle Realms

In this immersive 90 minute sound journey, we’ll explore how the plant medicines of Cedar and Rose can deepen your dreaming practice in ways that enhance lucidity, connection, and remembrance.

We’ll open with a short introduction to the dreaming wisdom of Cedar and Rose, you'll then have the opportunity to choose which plant you feel called to work with. Through breathwork, visualization, and sound, you will be guided to meet the spirit of the plant and journey into the dreamspace. We’ll close with space for sharing and integration, and you’ll leave tools, practices, and samples of the plant to continue your dreamwork at home.
