Conductor David Hill, M.B.E., of The London Bach Choir, leads The Chorus of Westerly and Festival Orchestra in Edward Elgar's masterpiece, 'The Dream of Gerontius' in the Providence Cathedral of Saints Peter and Paul, Sat, April 18, 7:30 PMFeaturing Andrew Bearden Brown, tenor, as Gerontius, Krysty Swann, mezzo soprano, as The Angel, and Enrico Lagasca, bass-baritone, as The Priest & Angel of Agony. Tickets are $30, ($15 students), all seats general admission. Tickets available online at chorusofwesterly.org, by calling 401.596.8663, or at the door. The performance run time is 1 hr 50 minutes with a short intermission.
There will be a repeat performance in Westerly in Kent Hall on Sunday, April 19, 2026, at 3 pm.
