The Dragons Path

Follow us into the realms of dragons, myth and magic in this 3hr deeply connective workshop. This is like nothing else you’ve ever experienced!

Join myself and Jenny of Temple Wellness Centre as we embark on a journey into the realms of ancient energy, exploring the spaces between myth, fantasy and reality.

You’ll begin with a personal cleansing and dragon blessing, before being invited into a deep, devotional space where we are invited to listen to our own inner wisdom and begin to explore and feel the more ancestral energies of Gower.

Once grounded, we’ll take to the road and meander the ancient paths through the Parc Le Breos valley, noticing, learning and absorbing the energy of the valley and ancient burial chamber before stopping in a cave, steeped in history and archaeology. Wander gently through the trees with us, while we explore and connect to the dragon Ley lines that run through Gower and Parkmill Valley, including a guided meditation to the sound of the shamanic drum.

Once back at Temple, we’ll get cosy with a nourishing ceremonial cacao and the option to dive in to explore dragon oracle cards, some journaling or, just sit, chat and enjoy being.

Finally, there is an invitation to rest and integrate as we lie down, feeling connected to the deep energy running through the land and enjoy a candlelit Gong Bath in honour of the ancestors and wisdom of what has gone before.
