This October, Montpelier comes alive on Thursday evenings with a new tradition: the Downtown Montpelier Ramble.Starting at 5pm every Thursday in October, neighbors and visitors are invited to casually gather downtown to stroll, linger, browse local shops, grab a bite, and enjoy Montpelier in the evening.
The Ramble isn’t a formal event, there’s no schedule, no program, and no registration. It’s simply an invitation to slow down, connect with friends and neighbors, and savor autumn evenings in our city.
Several downtown businesses will stay open a little later on Thursdays, helping to create a welcoming atmosphere for all.
Whether you’re meeting friends after work, discovering a new shop, or just soaking in the evening energy, the Ramble is a chance to enjoy Montpelier at its most charming.
