We are beyond excited to see this show happening! We had it booked last October for Zaac Wilds’ B-day, but the stars didn’t lineup up, and Deko-ze had to cancel. The amount of love that poured out of our community wishing him well was beautiful, and he was determined to make it up to the fans. For those that know the history of our space, you know Deko-ze was a staple here. His percussive tech on 3 decks and absolutely legendary stage presence is undeniable- as is his place in the hearts of Victoria Dance Music fans. With support from Audiofox and J-Feud, ya better get ready for a sweaty mess on the dance floor!

Deko-ze, dubbed 'Canada's hardest working DJ', has been setting the standard in the Canadian music scene for nearly 20 years. Producer, DJ, Promoter, radio show host, promo pool reporter, magazine columnist and record store music purchaser are some of the hats he has worn over the years.

While burning up the decks across Canada, as well as in the US, Mexico, UK, Germany and Taiwan, he is renowned for his ability to seamlessly meld genres (house, tech, tribal and techno) into his own signature vibrant and energetic mix.

With tracks, compilations and remixes on Deported, Hotboxdigital, Pacha, KULT, Coraza, Natura Viva, Tactical and Hi-Bias Records and with this year's launch of the Jungle Funk label with co-conspirator Jerome Robins, you'll be hearing a Lot more from Deko-ze!

For over 25 years J Feud has been an integral part of the underground music scene on Vancouver Island. He has held down numerous weekly and monthly residencies and regularly opens clubs and closes parties for the biggest names in the business.

James has shared the centre stage with international artists at Soundwave, V.E.M.F., Mandarina Festival (MEX), Festivus and performed at Northwest House Music Conference (USA), Tall Tree Music Festival, Resonance, The Kluth, Jump Ship and Rifflandia to mention a few.

J Feud has released an EP on Canada’s Kiko Records and singles on Black Bug Recordings, Rennie Foster’s RF label, Ginkgo Music (RO) and Mandarina Records (MEX), with remixes and other releases with his project with John Glassey as Amauric on labels such as Tilted Recordings and many more. Most recently collaborating with James Teej on a dubbed out techy house EP to soon be released on Teej’s label Sleeping Language.

Currently residing in Victoria, BC and running Deepend Promotions, James continues to support local and international artists by producing warehouse parties, nightclub events and collaborating on open-air festivals.
