What if we approached birth with more trust and less fear?
Birth is often surrounded by stories, expectations and fears that can shape how we experience pregnancy, labour and motherhood.
But what happens when we begin to question those narratives, reconnect with our bodies and understand the choices available to us?
Join us for a special edition of The Doula Brunch, hosted by Jael from Wellness With Jael, with special guest Kemi Johnson.
Together, we will open up an honest and empowering conversation about birth, exploring how women can feel more informed, confident and supported throughout their birth journeys.
