Talking about your body—whether it’s with your doctor or your date—can feel intimidating. This session is all about giving you the confidence (and the scripts) to speak up. We’ll cover how to ask providers the right questions, advocate for your health without apology, and know your rights if you’re dismissed. Then we’ll switch gears to the bedroom: how to talk about pleasure, pain, and boundaries with confidence and clarity.
✨ Bring your girlfriends, grab a glass of wine, and leave feeling ready to own every conversation—whether it’s in the exam room or between the sheets.

About the Facilitator:
Cady Moore (she/her) is an AASECT-certified sex educator and coach who helps people tap into their most pleasurable, empowered selves. She specializes in vulvovaginal wellness, menstrual health, pleasure exploration, and non-monogamous relationships, with nearly a decade of experience teaching diverse groups. Outside of workshops, you can find her reading fantasy novels, painting, or hanging with her ball python, two cats, and 92 plants. Follow her @ageofsexploration.
