This immersive Chakra Workshop is designed to help you build a deeper, more intuitive relationship with your body’s energy system. Together, we will move through each chakra, exploring its unique qualities through sound, movement, intention, and mind-body connection. You’ll gain a grounded understanding of how your energy expresses itself physically, emotionally, and intuitively and how to work with it in a way that feels real and embodied.

This is not just theory. Throughout the evening, you’ll be guided through short meditations and hands-on practices that allow you to directly experience and connect with your chakras. You’ll learn how to listen to your body, recognize energetic imbalances, and begin working with your own healing capacity in a practical, accessible way.
